First set of VIP passes targeting gamer community will be given away

LEIPZIG, Germany and SINGAPORE, July 14, 2008 - Leipziger Messe International (LMI)
today announced that MTV Asia is the official media partner of Games Convention Asia
(GCA) in 2008. MTV Networks reaches more than 400 million households in Asia and the
Pacific. GCA and the Games Convention Asia Conference (GCAC) take place September
18-20, 2008, at the Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre Singapore.

From July 14 2008, anyone who registers online at GCA Website (www.gc-asia.sg) can
stand a chance to win a pair of MTV @ GCA VIP Pass. There are 40 exclusive pairs of
VIP pass to be won, each valued at USD120 (approx. SGD163). The MTV @ GCA VIP Pass
will entitle entry to special VIP only events and allow access express queue for
"game previews".

The theme of Games Convention Asia 2008 is "Inspire Yourself". GCA will be one of
the largest events for games and interactive digital media in the Asia-Pacific
